We just completed a transaction with the purchase of a 2005 Sportage. Josh was the best, he went the extra mile, was not an in your face pushy saleman and I am already recommending him and your dealership to my friends. The rest of the staff including the financial wizards did a great job of crunching numbers to fit our budget instead of pushing a budget on us that we could not meet. All in all it was a pleasant experience shopping at Southtown Kia and especially Josh, you the man (no problem eh).

Excellent Service

My name is Michelle and my husband and I purchased a 2009 Kia Sedona from Seth a few weeks ago. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for the excellent service we received from him. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We had no intentions of purchasing a van that weekend but because of his willingness to accommodate our needs and wants, we changed our minds and looked no further.

We've been very pleased with the performance of our van. We've had to, however, return the van a few times to have the check engine light reviewed and to also have our paint protection redone as it was not done correctly the first time. This has caused us some inconvenience and we felt pretty frustrated but during my wait time at KIA, Seth went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and because of his outstanding customer service, we felt less disappointed.
